Our Team
Jorge M. Gonzalez, Attorney
Jorge is a member of the Florida and New York Bar Associations. He has a B.A. in Political Science and History from Auburn University and a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Northwestern University School of Law. Prior to founding JM Gonzalez Law LLC, Jorge worked as an Associate at two law firms in New York and has experience in Bankruptcy, Corporate and Immigration law. His family immigrated to the United States when he was very young, so he is well positioned to identify and understand the perspective of his clients. Jorge's immigration law specialty includes work visas, business visas, investor visas, labor certifications, employment-based residency, family petitions, citizenships, family reunifications, student visas, among others. Jorge is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).
Maritza Corona, Senior Immigration Consultant
Maritza is an Immigration Consultant with more than 30 years of business and legal experience. She graduated from the Faculty of Law of the Andrés Bello Catholic University (UCAB) in 1990. In December 2005 she obtained the Certificate of Equivalence granted by the Admissions Committee to the Bar Association of the Supreme Court of Louisiana. She has extensive experience in Immigration Law: L, H, O, E Visas, PERMs, EB1, EB2, EB3, EB5. She has worked for prominent firms in Miami, FL. Maritza speaks Spanish and English fluently.
Alejandro A. Gonzalez, Paralegal & Translator
Alejandro is part of our team with more than 10 years of experience as a translator and interpreter in the English and Spanish languages. At the same time, Alejandro works as a paralegal assisting in the preparation of files, forms, searches for information, analyzes documents, collects information and retrieves facts to give personalized attention to our clients.
