DHS has implemented processes through which citizens of Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua, and Venezuela, and their qualified immediate family members, can apply to come to the United States in a safe and orderly manner.
The US government may grant advance travel authorization to up to 30,000 non-citizens each month to apply for parole on a case-by-case basis under the processes for Cubans, Haitians, Nicaraguans, and Venezuelans.
